Title: White Mousse

Yield: 1 Batch

1 6 oz white chocolate bar
1 1/2cHeavy cream, divided
1/4cConfectioners sugar
1tsVanilla
GARNISHES
  Orange slices
  Kiwi strips
  Sliced strawberries

Microwave white chocolate and 1/2 cup of the heavy cream on high for two minutes or longer, stirring every 45 seconds until smooth. Cool completely.

In small bowl, combine remaining one cup cream, sugar and vanilla. Beat to stiff peaks. Fold white chocolate mixture into whipped cream.

Refrigerate until cold. Spoon into serving bowl or individual dishes and garnish as suggested just before serving.
